Information about your stay
Aloha, your balance will be processed. The code for the key in the lockbox on the front door will be
provided. While we encourage and love our guests to shop locally in Maui, we kindly ask to please
immediately discard any cardboard boxes you may bring back from the store. Please do not leave them
in the unit and also please kindly keep all screen doors shut. This will prevent any bugs from entering the
unit. Lastly we do provide a starter set of supplies, after that you will want to take a trip to the market.

First of all, please consider travel insurance. Because deposits and payments are non-refundable, travel
insurance is an inexpensive and very beneficial option, especially if there is a chance there may be
changes to your travel plans. Insurance can protect against weather, airline issues, health, and many
other occurrences. http://www.aplusresorts.com/travel-insurance.php for some travel insurance
suggestions.
If you decide to stay with us again, you will receive our "friends discount".
Balance of Payment due at least 60 days prior to arrival to maintain your reservation and deposit. Please
remember to mail a check in U.S. DOLLARS for your balance (and please do not hand write U.S. dollars
on check nor require a receiving signature). PLEASE NOTE: Although there is a 1 week grace period,
there will be a 3% late fee on funds received after the 90 day date.

You will receive a separate email reflecting the reservation deposit you just paid - deduct this amount
from the total booking cost shown below. Please check this confirmation for accuracy and retain a copy
for your records. Please report any discrepancies within 3 days.
Keys & Check-In
KEYS will be in a lockbox located at the front door of your unit. The code for the lockbox will be given to
you once your reservation is finalized and will be located at the top of your confirmation under "Notes".
Use of this confidential combination code to access the unit means that the guest(s) agree with our terms
and conditions contained herein. Each unit is provided 4 house keys and 4 pool keys. Upon departure,
please leave keys on the entry table. There is a $25/key charge for replacement. Questions?: Most
answers are at http://www.APlusResorts.com/faq.php. Internet speed and uninterrupted service is not
guaranteed on Maui. CHECK-IN at the front desk of the Polo Beach Club homeowner association site
office within 48 hours to receive a parking permit and other information. If you arrive on Sunday or after
5PM, you can check-in the next morning. The office hours are: 8:30AM - 5:00PM Monday - Friday
(closed 12PM-1PM for lunch), closed Saturday and Sunday.

PST. PLEASE NOTE THE FRONT ONSITE OFFICE DOES NOT HANDLE RENTAL QUESTIONS. Your
cancelled check or bank statement is your receipt. If there are simultaneous or conflicting bookings, we
will honor the booking that pays first.

- Minimum stay 5 nights (14 during Christmas) unless a shorter opening is available, then 3 nights minimum.
- Guest understands the quiet nature of Polo Beach Club expressly prohibits off-site guests from entering the Polo Beach Club property without prior written approval of the owner. Gatherings of more than 4 guests, and/or off-site visitors, is not allowed. Additionally, expenses related to relocation and security will be assessed. If you are planning a party, wedding, or similar function that involves more than 4 attendees, the nearby hotels and resorts are better suited for these types of functions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
2 nights non-refundable deposit is due to hold reservation for high and low season dates. 4 nights deposit for holiday dates. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival with the exception of online bookings in which full amount is due at the time of booking. We are a no refund, no cancellation property and strongly recommend traveler's insurance.
